If you would like to register for one of our classes, please print off one of our registration forms. Once you've filled it out please mail it or drop it off with payment (payable to Preschool of the Arts) to our centre.

These forms have been created in a format called PDF, what this means is that you can fill out the form online and then print it off. You will not be able to save the document.
